Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information billgraham.io (the "Site") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by BGX Digital Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
Information We Collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, IP address, and browser user agent, so we can respond to you and protect the form from spam and abuse.
- Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is collected and stored by our email service provider, Kit (ConvertKit), so we can send you updates.
- Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we (and our hosting and analytics providers) automatically receive standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — through server logs and analytics tools.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
- To send the newsletter to those who have subscribed to it.
- To protect the Site from spam, abuse, and excessive automated use.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site, so we can improve it.
We Do Not Sell Your Information
We will never sell, rent, or trade your email address or other personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Full stop. The limited sharing described below is only what's necessary to operate the Site itself.
Service Providers
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the Site. Each processes certain information on our behalf, under their own privacy and security practices:
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, spam protection, and email delivery for contact-form notifications.
- Kit (ConvertKit) — newsletter delivery and subscriber management.
- Google (Sheets/Apps Script) — a private, internal notification copy of contact-form submissions, used only so we don't miss a message.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand traffic patterns (for example, page views and referring sources). It's a privacy-first analytics tool that doesn't use cookies or any client-side state to track you, and it doesn't track you across other websites.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real visitors from automated bots on the contact form; this does not rely on tracking cookies for advertising purposes. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless by design. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data Retention
We retain contact-form submissions and related technical data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain the security of the Site, and comply with our legal obligations. Newsletter subscriber data is retained by Kit (ConvertKit) until you unsubscribe.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. To ask a question about your data, or to request that we delete information you've submitted through the contact form, just reach out via the contact form.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information submitted through the Site, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
